Advantages of questionnaires-

  • They are quick and easy to make.
  • A lot of people can take them because they don't usually cost to take them or if it does cost it shouldn't cost that much.
  • They are practical.
  • It can be identified a lot more easier 'scientifically'  and this can help get the work solved quicker.

Disadvantages of questionnaires-
  • People might read into the questions differently which can lead to getting a different answer than to what you want.
  • There is no way in telling how much thought the person might have put into there answer.
  • You can not tell how truthful the respondent is being to the question.
  • The respondent might be forgetful and might not put down the right answer.
